Teaching
Statistics, data analysis and experimental methods
I teach statistics and data analysis at Universidad de San Andrés, and give graduate courses and workshops on statistical inference with R at various institutions. Nearly all of the material is open: the repositories with tutorials, problem sets and data are linked from each course.
If you are looking for the material of a course you are currently taking, the repositories below hold the tutorials, problem sets and data.
Universidad de San Andrés
CC408 — Data Science
BA in Behavioural Sciences. Introduction to data analysis with R: data wrangling and visualisation with the tidyverse, reproducible workflows, and communicating results.
CC400 — Problem sets
Problem sets and supporting material for the course.
MCC302
Course in the MSc in Behavioural Sciences.
Experimental design
Design of experiments in the behavioural sciences: control of variables, sample size, and analysis matched to the design.
Graduate courses and workshops
Statistical inference for periodic data in neuroscience
Universidad de la República, Uruguay · 2025
Graduate course on inference applied to time series and periodic data: rhythms, periodicity, and their statistical pitfalls.
Statistical inference (pre-SAN course)
Argentine Society for Neuroscience Research · 2024
Satellite course on statistical inference for early-career researchers.
Inference with R
Universidad Nacional de Quilmes · 2021 and 2022
